There is something about October that has always seemed special. Although it does herald wetter and darker times here in the Pacific Northwest, I am always ready to say good-bye to t-shirts and sunscreen in the fall. Here it is mid-September and I already see bits of colorful fall foliage and fields of pumpkins.

It is time to kick off the CWA club year with our first luncheon on Monday, September 14 at 11:30 in the Dining Room of the Event Center.  Some things haven't changed.  We plan to hold our luncheon events on the second Monday of each month through May here in the Charbonneau Dining Room.

CWA is sponsoring a complimentary happy hour for the women of Charbonneau on Monday, August 10 from 4 - 6 pm at the Charbonneau Pavilion.  This is a chance to get together and visit with other ladies and enjoy some light refreshments.  We will be serving white and rose' wine and Prosecco  and lemonade,
