Holiday Greetings to All:
Our Christmas Brunch “Holiday Memories” will be Monday, December 13th at 11:00am at the Charbonneau Country Club. We are pleased to introduce a special performance by the Wilsonville’s Innovative Dance Team.
The Holiday Brunch Committee preliminary plans for the menu are the following:
Well over half of the reservation slots are filled and we will be giving priority to members until the 15th yet. Those planning a table, please get those reservation forms in ASAP and contact Lindy so she has a current count. We show 4 forms still out. We don’t want to run out of room before you have accounted for your ladies at tables. Remember no more than 6 per table. Even though priority is given to members for another ten days, if you are bringing a guest, please put their name on your check or on the envelope, otherwise our treasurer won’t be able to figure out how to assign the extra funds. As long as there are open seats the deadline for making a member or guest reservation is Thursday, Dec 9th at noon.
We will require social distancing, wearing a mask when not enjoying your lunch, and upfront we will require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within the last 72 hours. For those who showed their proof of vaccination for a past luncheon, we kept track so we will not ask for you to show your card again. Of course, if you are not feeling well, please do not attend.
Sharing Your Special Holiday Memories
Start gathering your thoughts about holidays past and present and those special memories you would like to share with a few words and/or with photos. We will ask you to send us those thoughts and photos ahead of our holiday brunch. You will find out more about this online and in an upcoming email in a week or so.
