Here we are — Halloween is Saturday which means that we have just about arrived at November. The deadline for the luncheon sign-up is early in the month. Sign-ups and checks must be in by next Tuesday, November 34 at noon. The luncheon will be Monday of the following week, November 9 in the Dining Room of the Clubhouse at 11:30 am. We will have a new caterer for this luncheon, Cheryl’s on 12th. The menu will include chicken piccata with side dishes and dessert. The cost will be $32 for members and $37 for guests. CWA tries to provide variety in the food served and the programs that accompany our luncheons. This month the program will be presented by Wilsonville Diamond, a local family owned business that many of us are happily acquainted with! Jewelry is a fun topic and there is always something new to learn about.
We have had a beautiful autumn here in the Willamette Valley, but by November things the weather turns dark, wet and chilly. It is nice to attend an event right here in Charbonneau. So, plan to come and join the other CWA ladies and guests. Sign up in the book in the Activity Center closet and place your payment in the CWA box on the wall just inside the closet door. Checks should be written payable to CWA.
