We will be presenting Judy Alleruzo, plant buyer for Al’s Garden & Home and popular co-host of Garden Time TV will present “Early Bloomers & Container Gardens: Preparing for Spring” — Can you believe it’s that time again?
ABOUT JUDY
Judy is currently the Perennial and Houseplant Buyer for Al’s Garden and Home as well as being the Co-Host of Garden Time TV since 2006. Over 20 years ago Judy arrived in Oregon to visit friends in Canby on a glorious April day. Having lived in Chicago all her life, she was awed by the colorful landscape in the month of April. She was smitten! She returned to Chicago, packed up, and moved to Oregon in September. Needing a job, she walked into Al’s, then called Al’s Fruit & Shrub where she was hired as a cashier. Working for what was a small company at the time, she was able to learn many jobs including stocking, planning and buying perennials for the retail storers. Ten years ago she also became the houseplant buyer for Al’s. Judy’s two careers of buying and caring for plants at Al’s Garden & Home and talking about them on Garden Time is a great match as she loves all kinds of plants!
